Not needed to broadcast. A location can stream to YouTube today with just a stream key pasted into the app — no account here, nothing to set up. Connect a channel here only if you want each program to carry its own title and its own privacy, which needs your temple's own Google Cloud project.
In the Google Cloud Console, create a project, enable YouTube Data API v3, then create an OAuth client ID of type Web application. Paste this exact address into its Authorised redirect URIs box first, or the sign-in will be refused:

Set your consent screen to “In production”. While it says “Testing”, Google stops accepting the sign-in after seven days: the first Sunday works and the second silently does not. Ignore the warning that Google has not verified the app — it is your own app and you are its only user.
